The American Prospect featured the launch of the EPA EJ TCTAC program, calling it a "treat for disadvantaged communities." Bonnie Keeler from the Region 5 TCTAC at the University of Minnesota and Janelle Armstrong-Brown from the Region 4 TCTAC at RTI International were interviewed for the article. "The work of the TCTACs is designed to support rural, remote, and underresourced communities in achieving their environmental justice goals so that they can improve their quality of life and provide them a voice in the environmental decisions that will impact them in the long term," Armstrong-Brown said.
