ICT News and Underscore News featured Region 10 TCTACs, the University of Washington Center for Environmental Health Equity (UW CEHE) and the Northwestern Environmental and Energy TCTAC, in an article about centering Indigenous knowledge in the environmental justice movement. "Environmental justice isn’t anything new. To me, it goes beyond just the environment. It is social justice as well,” said Edmund Seto, director of the UW CEHE. “We are not seeing these communities at the table participating. This center will help us address how we start to eliminate some of these barriers," said Direlle Calica, director of the Portland State University Institute for Tribal Governance. Red Lake Nation News shared the report.
