The Times-Picayune/The New Orleans Advocate reported on the launch of Region 4 & 6 TCTAC at the Deep South Center for Environmental Justice. "A lot of administrations have said a lot of things about wanting to serve the disadvantaged, and dealing with our environmental problems. But no one put money behind their words," Beverly Wright, executive director of the center.
